As part of my NHS 70th anniversary commission, I have been experimenting with resin. I attempted to inlay a syringe I use to measure out one of my drugs which comes in a liquid form, and some of the pills I take daily.
I was a bit disappointed with results as there were a few air bubbles and cracking.
Casting with resin can be quite a tricky process with very strong fumes. I definitely recommend doing it outside! It also gets quite sticky.
