These drawings emerged from conversations with Kings Researchers Tania Gergel and Lucy Stephenson about continuity of identity in people who have bipolar. During a manic or psychotic period people may experience a discontinuity of identity - they may think and behave in a way which differs from their ‘usual selves’.
